I really enjoy working with PROSPEC Certified Home Inspections. I buy properties to fix them and put them back on the market, so I use their services frequently. What I really like about them is that their home inspectors are very friendly and prompt. They usually arrive early so that things are already done on the exterior by the time I am on-site. I also think they save me a lot of money with the attention to detail and thoroughness of the work they do. I always recommended them, and I’ll continue using them for all my properties.
